My Story
I feel your pain
Product designers must be good advocates for users. We translate user perspectives into definitions to provide real solutions to real problems. This requires empathy; I take the time and effort to understand and feel customers' pain in order to address them.
Before I became a product designer, I was a test engineer, a music producer, a recording engineer, a musician, a camera assistant, an instructor, a writer, a translator/interpreter, etc. These experiences give me many points of reference from which to see and feel the needs and desires of different users.

I build trusting work environments where everyone feels comfortable to opine, contribute, and grow. I put a lot of effort into bringing out the best in each member of the team. Build a strong team, and results will follow.

Parts of a bigger whole
I excel in creating workflows that naturally integrate into a larger product, as well as designing and sequencing a series of smaller solutions that together serve a larger vision.
